Create Professional Electrical Blueprint Symbols (SVG) for Field & Engineering Use
We are developing a proprietary software platform called BidBolt, built to simplify blueprint takeoffs and material ordering for electricians and contractors. As part of this product, we need a custom-built vector symbol set that replicates commonly used electrical blueprint symbols — such as duplex receptacles, GFCIs, recessed lights, ceiling fans, switches, and more. This is a technical vector illustration job, not a creative or branding design. You’ll be reproducing precise, field-standard blueprint symbols in a cleaner, bolder, more legible format — designed to be read by on-site electricians, engineers, and project managers working in the field or from PDF takeoffs. ⸻ ✅ Scope of Work: • Create 20–25 unique electrical symbols in SVG format • Each symbol must be delivered in 4 color variants: • Black (standard blueprint) • Red (emergency/power) • Green (low-voltage/data) • Blue (lighting) • All symbols must be: • Clean and symmetrical • Legible at both small and large scale • Aligned to blueprint conventions (not stylized icons) • Export as: • .SVG (primary) • Optional: .PNG with transparent background A full visual reference and labeled legend is provided. ⸻
