Signs for real estate development
We’re looking for a talented, experienced sign designer to create a cohesive, eye-catching series of signs for our real estate development projects. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing, visionary home builder and developer who values thoughtful design and impactful marketing. We have an established brand guide (logos, colors, fonts, etc.) and a set of photos and assets we’d like incorporated into the signage. We’re seeking a designer who can seamlessly translate these into professional, high-visibility signs that tell our story and stand out in a competitive market. Scope of Work: • Design a series of signs including (but not limited to): • Lot signs • Directional signs • Community entrance signs • Sales center signage • Use provided brand guide and assets (logos, photos, color palettes, fonts) • Collaborate with us to ensure signage aligns with our development vision and branding • Prepare files for print-ready production (vector formats, correct sizing, bleed, etc.) • Potential for ongoing design work as new developments launch Ideal Candidate: ✅ Strong portfolio of real estate, development, or large-format sign design ✅ Ability to balance aesthetics with readability and practical site placement ✅ Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (or similar) ✅ Clear communication and willingness to take creative direction ✅ Familiarity with signage materials, print specs, and large-scale file prep Deliverables: • Final design files in required formats for printer • Source files • Mockups of signs in real-world settings (optional but preferred) Project Details: • We will provide the brand guide, logos, photography, and inspiration samples • Timeline: Ideally 2-3 weeks from start date • Budget: Please include your project rate or hourly rate ⸻ How to Apply: Interested?
