Shopify Store Setup

I started Shopify store, but would like to hire someone to finish it: setup email, design product pages, redo footer, set up nav menu, make sure everything is where it's supposed to be. As of now I only have 27 items (but only need one product page design as all items are tshirts). I will later add other categories, but once the site it setup correctly, I can figure it out.
