The website will highlight our banking services, promotional offers, educational blog content, and include a smart calculator tool for interest rate projections. A key feature will be a **custom AI-powered virtual agent** for 24/7 personalized customer support. This AI should be capable of answering FAQs, guiding users to relevant service pages, and assisting with basic queries in real-time.
