Phase 2: Website Optimization & Enhancement Timeline: June 5 – June 10 • Improve website speed, performance, and security. • Apply SEO best practices for improved visibility. Phase 3: Content Management & Development Timeline: June 11 – June 15 • Refine structure and navigation for usability. • Enhance CMS capabilities for real-time updates. • Recommend layout and design improvements. Phase 4: Technical Updates & Maintenance Timeline: June 16 – June 21 • Upgrade backend infrastructure with current technologies. • Ensure integration with third-party platforms. • Identify any technical issues that will require ongoing support. Phase 5: Training & Documentation Timeline: June 22 – June 27 • Identify any pre-recorded training session on Joomla CMS and workflows for staff training.
