GHL Expert Needed for Agency Portal Setup and Snapshot Creation
We are seeking a GHL (GoHighLevel) expert to help us establish our agency portal and create snapshots for our subaccounts as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up GHL portals and a strong understanding of snapshot and workflow functionalities. If you are proficient in GHL and can quickly deliver results, we want to hear from you! Project Scope: 1/Agency-Level Setup: ⦿ Create and document an Agency Snapshot that includes: ⦿ Custom fields - List supplied ⦿ Tags - List Supplied ⦿ Pipelines - Prospect, Contact, Client, ⦿ Triggers ⦿ Calendars ⦿ Smart lists 2/ Sub-account Setup - Core account to be used for Snapshots: ☐ Build 3 Funnels (Home Page Funnel + 2 lead capture flows) ☐ Implement 7 email workflows (text-only), each with 3–7 emails (copy provided) ☐ Add SMS steps and delay logic to nurture flows ☐ Insert appropriate form triggers, tags, and automation steps ☐ Set up demo content (dummy company data for showcase) SOPs & Documentation: Create a clear SOP for onboarding future sub-accounts using the snapshot Record Loom videos (or similar) of your process for future handoff to our team
