We're looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented website & e-commerce specialist to provide ongoing support for a growing service-based business. The website is the primary way new clients discover the business and book services online. Your job is to make sure everything runs smoothly: booking buttons work, forms load properly, and the client experience is friction-free across all devices. We need someone who can confidently manage small website issues, monitor functionality, and make occasional updates without disrupting the feel or design of the brand. ✅ Responsibilities: Test and maintain all booking buttons, forms, and links weekly Troubleshoot and fix bugs quickly (especially on mobile devices) Monitor and improve load speed and user experience, especially on iPhone and Chrome Make basic updates to website content (testimonials, service info, business hours) Maintain integrations (e.g. scheduling software, contact forms, analytics) Optional: Install/monitor user behavior tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics
