We’re building Chygo — a Chicago-based property care platform delivering janitorial, custodial, and preventative maintenance to multi-family buildings through a subscription-based model. Think of us as civic infrastructure for building community operators — built for the block. We’ve already locked our voice, story, and brand tone, and developed a symbolic direction using AI. Now we’re ready for a professional designer to bring it to life with clarity, restraint, and purpose. We’re prioritizing Chicago-based designers — this is a brand born from Chicago, and we’d love for the visual identity to reflect that local pride and civic clarity. We’re offering $1,500 for the right fit and are ready to move as soon as we find them. Our concept centers around a Y-shaped symbol — representing the fork of the Chicago River, the Y-axis of the city grid, and the care that rises block by block. We’ve explored early directions using Midjourney. The visual tone we’re after is minimalist, civic, and structured — inspired by public utility emblems, national park signage, and modern municipal design, with a tech-forward sensibility (think Workday). Think Union Pacific shield meets Workday — timeless, symbolic, and purpose-built, yet also clean, modern, and scalable.
