North Jersey — On-Site Marketing Manager for New Restaurant Chain (Video + Content Creation) Description: We are launching a new restaurant chain in North Jersey and are looking for a local Marketing Manager / Content Creator to help us build buzz before opening — and drive consistent content after launch. Our first location is currently under construction, so we want someone who can start immediately to capture behind-the-scenes moments, build anticipation, and manage marketing content leading up to our grand opening. Key Responsibilities: Be on-site frequently during the construction phase (North Jersey) Record and edit high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Build the brand story from construction to opening to day-to-day operations Stay up-to-date with restaurant marketing trends and recommend creative ideas Post and manage content on our social platforms (or provide content to our team to post) Help build hype and a following before opening Requirements: MUST be local to North Jersey — frequent on-site visits required Prior experience doing marketing/content for restaurants (please provide samples or links) Strong video recording and editing skills (iPhone or professional camera — both welcome) Understanding of social media trends and food/restaurant marketing Self-starter who can proactively suggest and create content Compensation: Starting at $500/month during pre-opening and early opening phases Willing to negotiate higher pay post-opening based on performance and results Bonus if you have: Experience in growing Instagram & TikTok audiences for food/restaurant brands Photography skills (food, interior shots, lifestyle) Ability to run paid ads (Facebook/Instagram) — not required, but a plus How to Apply: Please apply with: A few examples of your restaurant or food brand content A short note on your experience Confirm that you are local and able to be on-site frequently
