Luxury Real Estate Brand Seeking Canva-Savvy Graphic Designer for Social Media
We are a high-end real estate brand specializing in luxury, lakefront, and village properties in the Finger Lakes region of New York. We are looking to hire a talented and detail-oriented graphic designer with expert-level Canva skills to help us create visually stunning, brand-consistent graphics for Instagram and Facebook. This is a remote, project-based or ongoing opportunity for someone who has a strong eye for design, understands upscale branding, and can work within established visual identity guidelines. What You’ll Be Creating: Sophisticated real estate “Just Listed,” “Coming Soon,” “Under Contract,” and “Sold” social media posts Lifestyle-driven graphics that promote luxury lakefront living, community events, or seasonal moments Branded quote cards, carousel posts, property highlight tiles, and ad creatives Occasionally, print-quality pieces such as brochures or flyers (optional but a plus) What We’re Looking For: Expert proficiency in Canva (Pro account required) Portfolio that demonstrates refined, modern, luxury-style design work Familiarity with real estate or high-end lifestyle brands is preferred Ability to follow brand guidelines (color, font, tone) — our look is minimal, elegant, and elevated Strong communication and responsiveness Reliable with meeting deadlines and open to feedback Bonus if you have experience with: Social media strategy or content planning Real estate marketing Light photo retouching or layout skills in Adobe Suite How to Apply: Please respond with: A brief intro about you and your experience with Canva and social media design A link to your portfolio with relevant examples (Instagram posts, real estate graphics, etc.) Your availability and hourly/project rate We're excited to find a creative partner who can visually tell the story of luxury real estate and help us elevate our digital presence.
