We are seeking a thoughtful and succinct writer to support us in publishing biweekly newsletters. This will be a roundup of the most relevant articles on regulatory developments, industry news, and new research in the area of youth safety, privacy, and wellbeing. The work would involve: - Sourcing the latest news over the last two weeks from across the web on rolling basis and adding them to a shared document - Writing short but thoughtful summaries of each piece for our readers, helping them contextualize the news - Cross-posting to both LinkedIn and Substack - on LinkedIn, tagging the relevant individuals / organizations mentioned in the newsletter We need someone with a background in regulatory analysis and tech policy, who is comfortable distilling complex concepts into digestible summaries for our clients and audience. They must be reliable, able to regularly deliver issues without missing a cycle. They must also be easy to work with as thought partners, offering constructive input and ideas for improvement along the way. The project quote is for a single issue of a newsletter. Successfully working together once will result in repeat assignments for every subsequent fortnight.
