I am seeking a savvy and strategic LinkedIn Content Copywriter who can help shape and execute a strong content presence on LinkedIn. Your mission with us: craft compelling, thoughtful, and consistent messaging that builds our brand, resonates with our target audience (tech founders, hiring managers, and HR leaders), and drives inbound interest in our firm. Responsibilities: - Collaborate directly with the founder to understand voice, tone, and target audience - Write and edit high-impact LinkedIn posts (2-3 per week) that build credibility and spark engagement - Repurpose existing client stories, conversations, and industry trends into shareable, client-attracting content - Create a mix of content styles: value-driven advice, founder insights, success stories, behind-the-scenes, and client testimonials - Monitor content performance and iterate based on engagement and messaging resonance - Understand LinkedIn best practices and algorithm considerations Qualifications: - Proven experience writing content, ideally for LinkedIn - Understanding of B2B services, preferably in recruiting, HR, staffing, or tech - Ability to write in a smart, approachable, authentic tone — not corporate or salesy - Strong editorial instincts: knows what makes people stop scrolling and engage - Self-directed, responsive, and deadline-oriented - Bonus: Familiarity with employer branding, recruiting industry trends, or founder-led marketing
