We’re a boutique marketing agency helping brands grow their online presence with smart, strategic, and scroll-stopping content. Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who’s fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and all things social. What You’ll Do: • Own and manage content calendars for IG & TikTok • Create engaging short-form content (Reels/TikToks) that aligns with brand goals • Stay on top of platform trends and best practices • Write on-brand captions that drive engagement and conversions • Work with our creative team on assets, strategies, and performance reviews You’re a Great Fit If You: • Have 1–3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or personal projects • Understand the balance between creativity and data • Can build content that looks good and drives results • Are organized, self-directed, and thrive in fast-paced environments • Enjoy experimenting, testing, and iterating to improve performance Nice-to-Haves: • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools • Experience using scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, etc.) • A strong understanding of content KPIs and insights
