We need to meet over zoom to review this. Must have camera on so I can meet you. I will allocate number of hours I want spent on this. We will work based on my description timeline. Description: I'm looking for an experienced writer or consultant to help me prepare a compelling response to a Request for Information (RFI) from the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Innovation. The RFI is for technology solutions to support PermitSF, an effort to improve the city’s permitting system. Scope of Work: Review the PermitSF RFI documentation and guidelines Assist in writing and organizing a professional, persuasive response in PDF format Incorporate relevant experience and capabilities of my company (we build AI tools for plan review and permitting) Ensure all response requirements and deadlines are met Deliverables: A polished, complete RFI response PDF ready to submit by June 6, 2025, 3:00pm PT Ideal Candidate: Strong experience with government RFPs or RFIs Excellent technical and business writing skills Familiarity with civic tech, permitting, or AI solutions (a plus) Able to work quickly, communicate clearly, and meet tight deadlines Timeline: Start ASAP Q&A questions due June 5 Final RFI response due June 6 Please include relevant writing samples or RFP/RFI work you’ve done before.
