Job Opening: Paid Ads Specialist (Google & Facebook - B2C Lead Generation) We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation. The ideal candidate will excel in setting up and optimizing Call-Only campaigns, Search campaigns, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), and Facebook advertising strategies. This role requires someone who can not only manage campaigns but also create high-quality ad creatives and build funnels to generate and nurture quality B2C leads. Key Responsibilities: Google Ads Management: Plan, set up, and optimize Call-Only campaigns, Search campaigns, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA). Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization to drive quality leads. Create compelling ad copy and strategically use ad extensions to increase engagement and conversions. Implement conversion tracking and optimize performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to continuously improve campaign outcomes. Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes and policy updates. Facebook Ads Management: Strategize, set up, and manage lead generation campaigns, including Lead Forms, Click-to-Call, and Website Conversion campaigns. Use Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and advanced demographic/behavioral targeting to reach the right audience. Design and execute retargeting campaigns to re-engage prospects and drive conversions. Develop and test engaging ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousels, tailored to the target audience. Implement and optimize Facebook Pixel for tracking conversions, events, and audience insights. Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, and ROAS, and refine strategies accordingly. Creative Development: Design professional, on-brand ad creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools. Create visually appealing and persuasive ads that align with campaign goals and brand identity. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets, including graphics, videos, and animations. Test different creative styles and formats to identify high-performing designs. Sales Funnel Management: Build and optimize sales funnels to guide prospects from awareness to conversion. Integrate lead generation efforts with CRM systems to streamline lead nurturing and follow-up processes. Develop strategies for nurturing leads through retargeting, remarketing, and email follow-ups. General Responsibilities: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across Google and Facebook platforms to maximize ROI. Generate detailed performance reports, highlighting trends, campaign insights, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between lead generation strategies and business goals. Stay informed about the latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates. Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation. Proven ability to design and execute Call-Only campaigns, Search campaigns, Google Local Services Ads, and Facebook Lead Generation campaigns. Experience handling monthly ad budgets of $5,000+ and achieving measurable results. Required Skills: Google Ads Expertise: Strong experience in campaign setup, management, and optimization. Advanced knowledge of Call-Only, Search campaigns, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA). Facebook Ads Expertise: Proficient in audience targeting, retargeting, and creating high-performing ad campaigns. Skilled in setting up Facebook Pixel and tracking custom events. Creative & Design Skills: Proficient in tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop for creating professional ad creatives. Ability to develop eye-catching visuals and engaging content tailored to specific audiences. Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus. Funnel Building & Lead Nurturing: Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. Experience integrating campaigns with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. General Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement data-driven optimizations. Expertise in A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Tools & Software Expertise: Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager for campaign management. Creative Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and basic video editing tools. CRM Systems: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar for lead tracking and nurturing. Analytics Tools: Google Analytics for tracking and attribution analysis. Automation Tools: Zapier for integration and automation. Collaboration Tools: Slack, Asana, or Trello for team coordination. Work Schedule & Availability: Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Holidays: Weekends and Federal holidays off. Position Type: Full-time.
