About Us: We are a nonprofit coffee shop dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals through inclusive employment and workforce programs. Recently, we launched our own coffee roasting operation and are running a capital campaign to expand our impact. With so much happening, we’re looking for someone to help us maintain a strong and consistent digital presence—highlighting our programs, coffee shops, roastery, and calls to action for donations to support the capital campaign.. The Role: We’re seeking a Social Media & Communications Coordinator to support our nonprofit’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our Mailchimp newsletter. The ideal candidate will bring our brand voice to life, ensure consistent messaging, and help us engage our growing community. Responsibilities: Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms Create engaging content that aligns with our brand and mission Draft and send newsletters via Mailchimp Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages Collaborate with leadership to align content with organizational goals What We’re Looking For: Experience managing social media for a brand, nonprofit, or small business Strong writing skills and ability to adapt to our brand voice Familiarity with Mailchimp and basic email marketing strategies Ability to follow an existing strategy while bringing creative ideas Passion for social impact and inclusive employment
