Atlanta Team Meeting and Customer Testimonial Video Production
I am looking for a video producer to capture audio and video footage for a total of approximately 5 hours across 2 days (June 18-19) for the following: (1) Office Team Meeting: filming casual team interactions before the meeting begins, possibly brief team member interviews, and a presentation during the meeting. Our goal is to use this footage for internal training and employee engagement content. (2) Customer Testimonial Interview: this will take place at the customer's home (customer permission already secured); capture our initial introductions/greetings with the customer, the testimonial interview (camera on customer only, looking slightly off camera), and b-roll footage of the interior/exterior of the home and nearby neighborhood. Our goal is to use this footage in a previously approved video testimonial template. We will provide mileage reimbursements according to our company policy for traveling to/from video shoot locations. AUDIO/VIDEO REQUIREMENTS You should be knowledgeable in shooting footage for businesses, particularly customer interviews, in a run-and-gun style to adapt to different locations. We require audio recording (ideally lapel mic packs) and limited lighting enhancement. For the customer testimonial, we would prefer a 2-camera setup to capture different angles. Please record using the following: - Sony: S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine, XAVC-I, 4K 10-bit 4:2:2 - Canon: Log 2, 4K 10-bit 4:2:2 - Or similar specs for other cameras For Interviews, please shoot 23.98fps For B-roll, please shoot 30fps or 60fps No video editing will be needed. When moving forward with the project, we can provide the testimonial video template for you to see, for a better idea of what we're looking to capture / how it fits in. We will be traveling with a 2TB external drive if in-person file transfers are preferred.
