We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to help drive our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: • Manage executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and organize travel arrangements • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Draft, edit, and proofread professional communications, reports, and presentations • Lead or support projects from initiation to completion, tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication • Document, standardize, and improve internal processes through process mapping, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and work instructions • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies; recommend process improvements • Support executive decision-making by preparing analysis, summaries, and research as needed • Coordinate team initiatives, company events, or off-site meetings • Perform general administrative support and office management duties Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience in an executive support or operations role • Strong experience in project coordination or project management • Demonstrated ability to create process maps, SOPs, and work instructions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or MS Project) • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
