Hello there. We are a female-led B2B social media agency and looking for our next badass team member. You will be our lead social media manager, facilitating our social campaigns, posting across multiple social channels, and writing captions for our video content. Core Channels you’ll focus on: TikTok Instagram YouTube X (Twitter) We have plenty of content. Lots of videos. Endless content for X. We just need help putting it all together and executing on the post schedule. Right now, our focus is on LinkedIn so our internal team handles that. We are wanting help rolling out all of our content that we have on LinkedIn across all the other channels. We already have a presence on all the other channels. It’s just not being consistently updated. So this will not be starting from scratch. We want someone who has experience getting results on TikTok. IG, YT, X also helps. Responsibilities: - Post content - mostly short-form video - Write captions for the posts on IG, TikTok, YT Shorts - Testing out new hooks and content concepts that drive the most engagement - Creating social media strategies - Leveraging our GPT and AI tools - Work with our team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies - Meet deadlines and communicate clearly Qualifications/Skills - Creative who isn't afraid to try new things - Comfortable with AI, specifically ChatGPT - Sharp attention to detail with high-level organizational skills and the ability to deal with multiple teams/projects simultaneously - Ability to adapt writing to the brand’s voice and the founder's voice - experience with TikTok, IG, X, YT - Strong and flexible writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Ability to interact productively during brainstorming and kick-off meetings, work independently, and communicate information among team members - Long-term opportunities, more work, and bonuses are available for the right person.
