TikTok Shop Violation & Appeal Specialist (Policy Expert) Description: We’re looking for a TikTok Shop expert who specializes in handling policy violations, account suspensions, listing removals, and submitting successful appeals. If you’ve helped sellers recover from TikTok violations or prevent enforcement actions, we want to work with you. Responsibilities: • Review and interpret TikTok violation notices • Investigate the root cause of account or listing issues • Draft clear, compelling, and professional appeals or rebuttals • Communicate directly with TikTok support (if needed) • Advise on how to prevent future violations (e.g., listing guidelines, review response tactics, keywords to avoid) • Monitor account health and ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies • Help improve product listings, content, and seller strategies to minimize risks Requirements: • Proven experience with TikTok Shop policy violations and reinstatements • Familiarity with TikTok’s enforcement policies, content guidelines, and seller rules • Strong writing skills for appeal letters that sound genuine and human, not AI-written • Ability to act fast and deliver appeals under tight timeframes • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up Bonus If You Have: • Direct communication experience with TikTok Seller Support or Policy Teams • Familiarity with other platforms (Amazon, Walmart) for cross-platform compliance • Examples of successful reinstatement or warning reversals
