We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Campaign Manager to help us create, launch, and optimize targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns that drive qualified traffic to our website and generate leads. Scope Include: Develop social media ad strategies tailored to families of seniors and local communities Write empathetic, engaging ad copy and suggest creative visuals/videos Set up and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Refine Linkrx linkedln page as needed Target relevant demographics, caregiving roles, and geographic areas Teach linkrx on how to monitor campaign performance and adjust for optimal ROI Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign outcomes What We’re Looking For: Proven track record managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns with strong lead generation results Excellent copywriting skills with sensitivity to senior care messaging Strong video production/editing skills for social media ads (tools like Adobe Premiere, Canva, InShot, etc.) Experience with audience targeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking Ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly Good communication and timely delivery of results Passion for healthcare or senior care marketing is a plus Deliverables: Fully launched and optimized social media campaigns ready to scale Engaging ad copy and high-quality video content Performance reports with actionable recommendations Budget: Open to proposals — please include your estimated hourly rate or project fee.
