Overview: L.I.G. Sports Partners is a high-performance advisory and management firm redefining how athletes build careers, monetize their talent, and navigate the modern sports business. We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant who can act as the founder’s right hand—helping streamline operations, maintain structure, and execute tasks that move the business forward. This is NOT a traditional EA role. We need someone who understands how to support a fast-moving founder working across content, client services, business strategy, and brand building.
