Social Media & Project Manager with VA Skills Needed - Join our Team!

We are seeking a proactive Social Media and Project Manager to join our team for approximately 20 hours per week, but could become full time. The ideal candidate will help manage our social media presence while also performing various virtual assistant tasks. The biggest project will involve watching a video of our newly recorded podcast, meeting with the team (every other week), and then coming up with 10-15 social media posts to come from this one piece of video content; some of these posts can be video cut-downs, some can be quotes or carousels, etc. We have a video editor and other people on the team who can support with getting the posts created. What we really need is someone who can manage and delegate this project—coming up with the 10-15 post ideas, and managing our team with the execution of them. It will also be your job to get the posts scheduled, + some social media engagement. Separately, we need help with marketing courses and customer service, so social media marketing and strategy experience is a huge plus. The primary portion of the job will begin at the beginning of August (we start recording in July), but we need VA in the meantime, and would love to have support with getting the courses marketed and a sales strategy in place before August.
