Project Manager – Data & Analytics (Collections Services)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our Data & Analytics initiatives specifically within Collections Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of analytics solutions. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of data analytics tools are essential. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct detailed analytics on litigation and operational data to identify inconsistencies, non-compliance, and process gaps in collection services. * Review and analyze case-level financial and procedural data, particularly for files assigned to marshals, to ensure accuracy and proper case status. * Lead data clean-up projects, restoring case statuses to their correct phase and ensuring alignment with litigation protocols and internal policies. * Collaborate with legal, operations, finance, and IT teams to implement insights and resolve discrepancies. * Develop and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and audit reports to continuously monitor litigation workflow performance and file compliance. * Document procedures and project findings; prepare reports and present actionable recommendations to management. * Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and effective execution. Position Summary: The Project Manager will play a critical role in monitoring and improving the integrity and compliance of collection-related processes across the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with financial and litigation data, and the ability to manage projects involving data clean-up and status reconciliation, particularly in connection with matters assigned to marshal offices.
