Business Analyst Needed to Organize Financial, Marketing & Ops Data for Strategic Review
I’m looking for an experienced finance or operations consultant to help me compile and clean up key documents and performance data across my business. The goal is to prepare a well-organized snapshot of our financials, marketing, and operations for internal planning and strategic conversations. This task is urgent. Looking for someone that can onboard and deliver quickly. Deliverables will include: Annual and monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for 2022–2024, and 2025 YTD 2025 full-year financial forecast Revenue breakdowns by channel, customer, and SKU (annually and monthly where available) SG&A breakdown by vendor and expense type Organizational chart with key roles Overview of current and upcoming products Marketing budget and spending history by channel Summary of marketing and content strategy (digital, retail, and DTC) List of owned IP (e.g., trademarks, patents) Overview of e-commerce and marketplace performance CAC and LTV analysis COGS, vendor terms, and production timeline overview Inventory summary by SKU, including cost, value, and age Social media asset catalog, including press, influencers, and profiles Ideal candidates will have experience with DTC brands, CPG, or e-commerce, and be comfortable working quickly with financial and marketing data.
