Real Estate Operation Manager
This is a contract remote role for a Real Estate Operation Manager at Local Homes Buyers. We are a big player in the wholesaling space, located in North Carolina. The Real Estate Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations such as: on-boarding new employees, help with systems operation, managing property acquisitions and sales, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with clients, brokers, lawyers and other 3rd party involved. The role will involve optimizing processes to ensure efficient and successful property transactions. Qualifications *Experience in real estate operations, wholesaling, property acquisitions, and sales. *CRM management- Podio. *Strong negotiation and communication skills *Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines *Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations *Proficiency in property management software *Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities *Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation *Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
