UI/UX Designer to Redesign Portfolio Website in Figma + Add Motion and Interactivity
I’m looking for a talented UI/UX designer with strong Figma skills and an eye for modern, interactive design to revamp my personal portfolio website. This includes both UX improvements and visual polish, as well as adding subtle motion and interactive elements that elevate the overall user experience. Scope of Work: • Recreate the current site in Figma (I’ll provide URL) • Implement micro-interactions on hover (buttons, cards, image reveals, etc.) • Design and add a clean, on-brand contact form • Add a page loading animation that feels minimal and sophisticated • Improve menu navigation UX/UI for easier browsing and stronger hierarchy • Create new case study layouts that clearly tell the story (I’ll provide content) • Improve and redesign existing case studies with better UX and storytelling • Create motion animations (video or prototype-based) to showcase work within case studies Ideal Candidate: • Expert in Figma (including prototyping and interaction design) • Strong portfolio showcasing UI polish and interaction design • Experience with motion design (After Effects, Lottie, or Figma smart animate/video) • Able to collaborate on ideas but also take initiative with visual storytelling Knowledge of design systems and implementation handoff Deliverables: • Figma files (with components, prototypes, and interactions) • Exported animations/videos for use in portfolio • Design documentation or guidance for implementation
