B2B Industrial Lead Gen & Authority Marketing Expert (Construction, Manufacturing, Sales Training

Description: We are a highly specialized B2B sales training and consulting firm (Sandler Training franchise), focused on the industrial markets: • Construction (general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors) • Manufacturing (industrial manufacturers, distributors, capital equipment providers) We help these companies install high-performance sales organizations that break their dependency on low-margin bidding, create consistent revenue growth, and drive higher-profit negotiated business. Our core audience includes CEOs, business owners, division leaders, and sales VPs of companies with established sales teams. Historically, our business has grown through referrals and reputation. We are now ready to scale much faster — and we are building an organic authority + lead generation system to drive that growth. ⸻ WHO WE NEED: We are seeking a highly skilled expert (or small team) to design, execute, and manage a market authority + lead generation system across: • LinkedIn (primary) • Instagram • Facebook • TikTok You must have proven experience generating qualified B2B leads (not followers, not vanity metrics — actual business conversations) specifically targeting: • CEOs, business owners, division leaders, and sales leadership • Companies with established B2B sales teams in industrial markets • (Experience with construction, manufacturing, distribution, and industrial services is highly preferred) ⸻ IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A GENERIC SOCIAL MEDIA ROLE. We are not looking for someone to post content for the sake of posting. We are looking for someone who understands how to: • Build B2B market authority • Generate consistent organic inbound interest • Move content engagement into booked sales conversations ⸻ KEY QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven experience generating qualified B2B leads for service businesses, consulting firms, sales trainers, or fractional CRO models. • Deep understanding of consultative selling, complex sales cycles, and executive-level messaging. • Experience positioning B2B brands as market authorities. • Ability to build full multi-channel organic content systems that repurpose core assets (Field Guides, webinars, podcasts, short-form video, thought leadership). • Deep experience managing LinkedIn authority positioning and outreach systems. • Familiarity with IG, Facebook, and TikTok audience growth — specifically for professional B2B audiences. • Experience targeting content and lead generation efforts regionally (Arizona & Georgia). • Bonus: Knowledge or experience with the Sandler Selling System or other consultative sales methodologies is highly valuable. ⸻ YOUR DELIVERABLES: • Build 90-day Field Guide Content Launch Plan • Weekly/monthly content calendar across all platforms • Authority positioning posts for LinkedIn • Repurpose long-form content into IG, FB, TikTok assets (reels, carousels, shorts) • Build and manage light DM-based outreach on LinkedIn • Setup and optimize small geo-targeted paid boosts for AZ/GA (optional but preferred) • Provide clear reporting on audience growth, lead generation, and booked conversations ⸻ SUCCESS IS DEFINED AS: • Growing an organic audience of qualified business owners, executives, and sales leaders in industrial markets. • Generating consistent discovery conversations with qualified prospects. • Positioning us as the clear authority in B2B sales training for construction, manufacturing, and industrial companies. ⸻ TO APPLY: • Share case studies where you generated B2B leads for professional service or consulting firms. • Provide examples of content authority systems you’ve successfully launched. • Explain your approach for building an organic content-led lead funnel using our Field Guide as the central authority asset. • Share any experience you have working with construction, manufacturing, or industrial sector clients. ⸻ This role will start as a scoped project and, if successful, can evolve into a long-term strategic partnership.
