Window Roller Cad modifications

I manage a large residential building. We have very large window rollers. Currently, the window rollers are made of plastic with a small bearing wheel. We would need a CAD drawing made so that it can be submitted to a machine shop. We want the wheels to be made of aluminum with an additional wheel added.
