We’re looking for someone who can make a real difference in boosting our brand’s visibility and interaction. Our email open rates and Instagram engagement are currently underperforming, and we need a strategist who can turn that around. Responsibilities: Improve email open and click-through rates with strong subject lines, segmentation, and optimized send times Audit and enhance current email flows and campaigns to drive engagement and retention Develop and implement a plan to increase organic Instagram engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves, reach) Suggest and test different content formats, captions, hashtags, and posting times Monitor results weekly and adjust strategies based on performance Bring fresh, platform-native ideas that feel natural to our fashion brand’s audience Requirements: Proven track record of increasing email open rates and Instagram engagement (please share examples or results) Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands preferred Strong understanding of email platforms , (Omnisend) and Instagram analytics We’re not looking for surface-level improvements.
