Project Coordinator for Digital Marketing Agency (Part-Time, Ongoing)

I run a fast-paced digital marketing consultancy focused on paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads). We're growing quickly and I need someone to help me stay on top of client work, delegate effectively, and keep tasks moving forward. This is not a client-facing role (for now) — I’m looking for an internal project coordinator to help me with the backend operations side of managing campaigns. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Keeping ClickUp organized and updated across 10–15 active client folders Creating and assigning tasks using our templates for ad launches, reporting, and creative refreshes (would love to see your recommendations as well) Managing recurring tasks (monthly reports, weekly check-ins) Flagging overdue or high-priority items Sending brief internal updates (weekly summary of what’s due, what’s stuck) Following up with contractors (e.g. creatives, copywriters) to hit deadlines What You Should Have: Proven experience with ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana or Monday) Experience working with digital marketing teams (especially PPC or creative production) Great attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks Strong written communication and self-direction Availability for check-ins a few times a week (flexible timezone) Bonus if you have: Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Experience coordinating with designers or copywriters Comfort setting up simple automations or dashboards in ClickUp Hours & Pay: Part-time: ~10–15 hrs/mo to start, with room to grow Monthly flat rate or hourly (open to discussion) Long-term opportunity for the right fit I look forward to meeting you! Best, Ben
