What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We're looking for an experienced Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (GTM) specialist to implement event-based conversion tracking for one or more third-party web forms that we do not directly control. The goal is to ensure conversions (form submissions) are accurately tracked and reported within Google Ads. Scope of Work: - Review the form(s) and website setup to identify viable tracking methods - Set up GTM to track form submission events (success messages, redirects, AJAX triggers, etc.) - Configure custom events or tags in GTM to report conversions back to Google Ads - Ensure proper triggering and conversion attribution in Google Ads reports - Test thoroughly across browsers/devices to confirm reliable tracking - Document the implementation steps for future reference Requirements: - Proven experience with Google Ads conversion tracking - Advanced Google Tag Manager knowledge - Familiarity with tracking third-party embedded or external forms - Ability to work independently and communicate technical steps clearly Bonus if you have: - Experience with cross-domain tracking - Familiarity with form providers like Pardot, HubSpot, and custom form solutions Deliverables: - Fully functioning Google Ads conversion tracking for the target form(s) - Clear documentation of the tracking setup - A short handoff call or walkthrough
