We are a marketing consultancy seeking an experienced Website Project Manager to lead an upcoming website development project from start to finish. This role involves overseeing all phases of the website process from UX/UI to development, QA, and launch. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with demonstrated experience managing website projects through tools like Asana. They should have a firm grasp of web development workflows, be confident working with both internal and external teams, and capable of identifying and resolving QA issues effectively. We are specifically looking for someone with: Skills: -- Proven experience managing website development projects end-to-end -- Ability to translate creative and technical requirements into actionable project plans -- Skilled in identifying, logging, and validating QA tickets (desktop and mobile) -- Familiarity with WordPress -- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana -- Ability to coordinate with designers, developers, and clients to keep timelines on track -- Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- Knowledge of website UX/UI best practices The right fit for this project will: -- Be proactive, self-motivated, and a strong communicator -- Have experience managing sprints and agile workflows -- Keep all assets and communications organized across platforms -- Monitor and drive timelines, ensuring on-time delivery -- Provide QA oversight during staging and post-launch phases -- Be comfortable using Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides Nice to have: -- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) -- Comfort working with developers -- Ability to provide light content coordination or support -- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how they impact web builds Note: Based on our experience working together on this project, this may open the door to future website or digital strategy projects with our clients.
