Community Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Benable (www.benable.com) is an app where users can create shareable lists of things they recommend: products they love, restaurants they recommend, podcasts they listen to, local professionals they trust, etc. All of your recommendations are compiled into beautiful lists that you can share with friends, followers, or clients. To support our user growth and engagement efforts, we are looking to hire a talented person to work part-time completing various community operational projects. This role involves completing various hands-on tasks and projects that are crucial for the smooth operation of our platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitor activity and engagement from top users - Send personalized emails and check-ins to creators (as drafted or with guidance) - Track key community metrics and flag top performers - Execute outreach and engagement tasks (DMs, emails, comments) - Help prep and organize creator-facing initiatives and contests - Support community projects, ambassador activations, and surprise & delight efforts You will work approximately 10-15 hours per week, or as needed. The schedule is quite flexible, you can work those hours any time. Job Requirements: - Organized and on top of things (you love a to-do list) - Excellent written communication (you can write friendly, clear emails) - A plus: familiar with creators/influencer culture and platforms like Instagram and TikTok - Comfortable working independently and following fast-moving instructions - Excited to grow with a startup and wear many hats - You’ll need to download Slack to your computer and phone, so you can communicate with the rest of the team and respond to messages in a timely manner.
