I need help drafting a sales agreement and interpreting HOA rules
I need help with two separate items. First item: I purchased a home in Spring Texas that my wife and I currently live in. We are considering moving out and converting the home into an assisted living facility or perhaps just leasing out rooms to travelling nurses and the like. I asked my HOA to send me the rules regarding operating assisted living facilities. They sent me a few paragraphs out of the bylaws. I need help determining if the language contained in the bylaws would prevent me from converting my home into an ALF or even from leasing rooms to travelling nurses. Second item: I have a "Business Opportunity" that I purchased 15 years ago that I would like to sell. The Business Opportunity that I bought into is with Blue Coast Consulting company. I have a copy of my original contract and I do have permission to sell it. I need your help drafting a sells document that I can present to a potential buyer.
