Family Law Lawyer to draft notice and enforce divorce decree
I am looking for a family law lawyer (preferably in Texas) to help generate and send a Notice of Rescission and Non-Enforceability to my ex-husband regarding a Property Settlement Agreement that was made outside of court related to our divorce case from 5yrs ago. I recently had a legal pro review both my final divorce decree from 2020 and the separate Property Settlement Agreement from 2023. The pro determined that the separate Property Settlement Agreement was not enforceable for many reasons and suggested that I hire an attorney to generate and send the notices mentioned above.
