I am seeking a legal expert with strong experience in child custody litigation to assist in preparing a comprehensive evidence support package for an upcoming custody hearing ensuring it is tailored to align with Alaska AS 25.24.150(c) best interest factors. The case involves a relocation request by the children's mother who is in the military and on PCS orders out of State and is seeking full custody. I am contesting the request to relocate our children and pursuing full custody myself. You will be responsible for reviewing a substantial volume of materials, including: Phone call transcripts Text message logs Video clips Personal notes and observations Key Responsibilities: Review and organize all materials for clarity and relevance Identify high-impact evidence and patterns Flag content that supports my case under relevant custody standards Summarize findings and provide legal insights where applicable Help compile a concise, judge-focused evidence brief or binder Ideal Candidate: Background in family law with specific experience in child custody disputes Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or patterns Experience preparing court-ready materials or working with litigants in pro se or represented cases Discreet, organized, and able to work with sensitive materials confidentially This is a high-stakes case, and I need someone who can work quickly, thoroughly, and strategically.
