"Press Kit" for Health Fair
We are doing a health fair in July (about 1 month away). It will have around 40 vendors. We want to put together a "press kit" for each vendor. It will include content for 3-4 social media posts (ad copy and custom images) along with instructions about how to post and when. We want to make it really easy for the end-user. We want to include custom images that they can use along with well-written ad copy that gets the point across and engages users. We want this to be really easy to use so that the vendors can post on their individual pages and generate traffic on the day of the fair! Date needed: Thursday June 19, 2025 Deliverables: -Email to vendors with instructions on how, and suggestions on when, to post. Wording that explains that it's important for them to generate traffic at the health fair. -Copy for 3-4 social media posts that can be cut/paste by end user to add to their page -Several custom images to be used in posts that grab attention. We have logos for most of the vendors.
