The formatting will include page breaks, developing the Table of Contents, including the provided files for the copyright and disclaimer page, author bio page with photograph, a story synopsis page, and coming soon page for the next book to be added at the end of the book and on the back cover for the hardcover and paperback editions. Hardcover size roughly 9.5 inches x 6.375 inches and paperback 9.25 X 6.1875 2. Design a Book Cover for hardcover, paperback, and ebook for Kindle, Ingramspark, and BN.
