Remote Sales Rep for Fast-Growing Brand – Hourly Pay + Commission
Job Description: We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based brand looking for a remote sales representative to follow up with warm leads and occasionally reach out to new prospects. This is a client-facing role focused on relationship-building, clear communication, and helping customers feel confident moving forward with their order. You’ll be speaking with business owners who have already shown interest through ads or our website. Most of your day will be warm calls and texts — with occasional cold outreach to targeted businesses from a provided list. This is an hourly role with additional commission paid on top for every qualified lead or sale. What You’ll Be Doing: Following up with warm leads (text and phone) Making occasional cold calls to businesses from a provided list Explaining our product and process clearly (we’ll provide training) Answering common questions about pricing, timelines, and next steps Gathering basic information (like contact details or logo files) Logging leads, updates, and follow-ups in our system Collaborating with our internal design team to move orders forward Who We’re Looking For: Fluent English speaker (U.S. accent ) Experience in sales, client outreach, or customer support Strong communicator — conversational, confident, and clear Quick learner with attention to detail Reliable, organized, and highly responsive Flexible availability between 9 AM – 10 PM EST (you won’t work all these hours, but should be reachable during peak lead times) What We Offer: Hourly pay based on experience Commission paid on top of hourly rate for every booked sale 1-week paid trial (40 hours) to evaluate fit Full training, scripts, and support Long-term opportunity with performance-based bonuses for the right fit To Apply: Please send: A short Loom or voice sample introducing yourself A few lines about your past sales or outreach experience Your availability, timezone, and desired hourly rate, considering commission on each sale $15- $50 per closed Lead
