- Ad Research & Competitive Analysis Use tools like AdSpy, Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, etc. to identify top-performing ads in our niche. - Concept Creation Break down winning angles, hooks, and formats—and then build your own fresh ideas inspired by that research. - Ad Production Video: Create 2 short-form videos daily (UGC-style, meme-style, or product-driven content for Facebook, TikTok, Reels). Image: Create 2 scroll-stopping ad images daily (e.g. carousels, memes, before/after, bold callouts). - Reporting Drop a short daily Slack update with what you researched, what you created, and why. - You Must Have: Solid experience with ad creative tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, Veed, or similar) Sharp eye for direct-response advertising and understanding of what converts Ability to reverse-engineer ads and find angles fast Independent work style with high output Bonus: Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or infoproduct space
