Executive Assistant Opportunity for Fashion Designer CEO

LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA (On-site) REPORTS TO: CEO COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience HOURS: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM *(with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends, special events) * Please don't respond if you're an agency or you represent someone else who will be doing the actual work. ABOUT THE POSITION Executive Assistant to support the high profile CEO of a fast-growing luxury menswear brand based in Beverly Hills. This is a dynamic role suited for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands the nuances of high-level executive support and luxury brand culture We are seeking a sophisticated, highly organized, detail-oriented and discreet individual for this exciting fast growing brand, someone who is at the top of their game and has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good sound judgement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, calls, travel, and personal appointments • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external communications • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation and accommodations • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and follow-up • Prepare briefing documents, notes, and summaries for meetings, presentations and special events. • Handle confidential information with discretion • Support operational needs, including scheduling vendors, ordering supplies, and managing logistics • Assist with personal projects and miscellaneous. errands as needed QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant (luxury or creative industries preferred) **We will accept applicants w/o 'formal assistant experience' if the individual is sophisticated and experienced within this industry and possesses the necessary skills and knowledge necessary to get the job done.
