WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of development-related projects to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery using tools such as [e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project]. Serve as Scrum Master for the development team, facilitating regular stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other ceremonies. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, support, and product owners to ensure project milestones are met. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost while proactively identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and blockers. Follow established Project Life Cycle (PLC) policies to develop project documentation, and project plans that specify goals, strategy, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources. Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (internal teams, customers, partners) to gather requirements and provide clear, consistent updates on project status, risks, and priorities. Provide first-tier technical guidance and support to the project team. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements Ensure that solutions meet standards and customer expectations. Drive continuous improvement in project management and development processes. Internally provide transparency and updates on all development-related projects across all teams to ensure team is kept informed OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in a SaaS or software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience implementing them in real-world teams. Familiarity with technical environments, including software development life cycles (SDLC), APIs, and system integrations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools such as Hubspot, Asana, or similar. Any of the following certifications is a plus: PMP, CSM, PMI, CSP, SCRUM, CAPM, SCM, SA, SPC, ACP Experience working with remote or distributed teams is preferred.
