Clinical Informaticist Systems Administrator, IT leader, for Telehealth Company

We're seeking an experienced IT Professional. Maintain a secure, scalable infrastructure to our Electronic Health Record (intake q), Communication tools(Ring Central), Website(Square Space) and APIs for our innovative Telehealth company. This is a crucial role in developing and maintaining a comprehensive system that will handle sensitive patient data while ensuring seamless healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities INDEPENDENT Leader & Learner. Design and implement and maintain a robust, HIPAA-compliant EHR (INTAKEQ) Identify system irregularities, vulnerabilities and enhancements. Develop secure RESTful APIs for patient management, appointment scheduling, and video consultations Implement comprehensive authentication and authorization systems Build integration points with common INTAKEQ and practice applications Establish audit logging and monitoring systems for compliance tracking Develop automated testing suites to ensure reliability and security Integrate practices applications to ensure smooth and lean operations Website security, integration and maintenance Technical Requirements 3+ years of experience in system engineering or software development. (Preferred) Proven experience with HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications Experience with secure API development and OAuth Proficiency in systems design and management Required Skills Proficiency in implementing secure authentication systems (Preferred)Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI (Protected Health Information) Excellent documentation skills Microsoft 365 Project Scope Regular communication and progress updates required Collaboration with frontend team and healthcare professionals Deliverables Form Customization Secure, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure Complete API documentation Authentication and authorization system Testing suite and security protocols Deployment scripts and documentation Knowledge transfer documentation *****I started this practice one year ago. I have simple task that will eventually grow more complex. I’m looking for an IT leader who can coordinate, implement and Detect changes to be made. I’m looking for someone with an I will figure it out attitude as I can’t actually provide much guidance. One problem I’m having is hiring team members and them wanting step-by-step directions on things that I cannot provide to these systems that I’m paying for such as intake Q -Ring Central -Adobe, etc. I have things that I want done within the systems within their capabilities. I’m looking for someone who can take these task and make them figure out how to make them happen approach with some problem solving and research with in the product vendor resources.
