Immediate Help Needed: Set Up & Manage Two Executive Interview Recordings (June 12)
Our company empowers students to build a career that matters. As part of that mission, we’ve launched the C-Suite Speaker Series—a leadership interview series featuring top executives and CEOs sharing unfiltered insights to help students prepare for life after college. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented producer to help us manage two scheduled interviews on Thursday, June 12 at 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM EST. What You'll Be Responsible For: Recommending and setting up a recording platform (Zencastr, Riverside, or similar) Testing and coordinating with interviewer and guest prior to sessions Managing live recordings (tech checks, timing, smooth execution) Ensuring clean capture of both audio and video Providing light post-production edits (e.g., trimming, adding our branding) Requirements: Must be available for prep and testing within 48 hours Must be available for both live interview times Must have positive reviews on Upwork specifically related to recording or producing interviews, podcasts, or video sessions Must be experienced with remote recording tools and light editing These interviews are part of a high-visibility series that supports students’ career development.
