Marketing & AI Operations 'Swiss Army Knife' for Golf Brand (Web, Ads, Social, Design) Job Description: We are a dynamic and fast-growing golf team building a modern brand, and we're looking for a highly versatile, AI-powered marketing 'Swiss Army Knife' to drive our growth. This is not a typical marketing role. We need a true generalist who can execute quickly across multiple disciplines. One day you might be launching a Google Ads campaign, the next you'll be building a new landing page in Webflow, managing the social media calendar, designing graphics in Canva, and sourcing new team apparel. We are looking for a long-term partner. This will begin as an hourly contract (10-20 hours/week) with a strong potential to grow into a full-time role for the right individual who delivers outstanding results. What You'll Be Doing: Rapid Web Development: Quickly build and manage clean, effective websites and landing pages (experience with Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, or similar is essential). Google Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) to drive traffic and conversions. Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging organic content for our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and run targeted paid ad campaigns. Graphic Design: Create compelling visuals for ads, social media, email, and web using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite. End-to-End Project Management: Own marketing projects from initial idea through execution and analysis. Product Sourcing: Research and manage vendors for branded merchandise, apparel, and team gear. AI-Powered Efficiency: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to maximize efficiency in copywriting, content creation, and workflow. Who We're Looking For: A proven 'Marketing Generalist' with a portfolio showcasing your skills. Expert-level proficiency with AI tools and a clear understanding of how to use them to be more effective. Demonstrated ability to build websites quickly and efficiently. Hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and paid social campaigns. Strong eye for design and proficiency with modern design tools. A self-starter who is resourceful, organized, and can manage projects independently. ✅ You must be able to work in US time zones, even if you are international, and be 100% fluent in English. ✅ BIG PLUS: A genuine passion for and knowledge of the game of golf.
