Marketing Turnaround & Growth Strategy for B2B Ecommerce Company

Who are we? We are a small B2B information company. For the past 10 years, we’ve provided online healthcare training to physician practices in the US. Why do we need help? Since we started the company, our primary source of revenue has been email marketing. Based on changes in the email-marketing landscape, our revenue has significantly decreased in the last 12 months. During this time, we’ve reviewed and made significant changes in our structure, database, platform and marketing content without success. What do we need? Because of our revenue decline, and the extensive actions we’ve taken to resolve it, we believe a comprehensive review of our company is required (i.e. audience, product, content, demand etc.). We need someone that has demonstrated expertise in providing actionable strategies in the following areas to help us get our company back on track. • B2B experience • Go-to-Market strategy including revalidation of product-market fit and demand assessment • Competition analysis (including comparison of services offered and pricing) • Digital platform strategy related to information services • Marketing strategy expertise in the following areas: o Multi-Channel opportunities o Online information services o Subscription information products o Digital (including email) o Content-driven sales o E-commerce
