Education Program Developer (Education Psychology Trained)

About The Organisation Partners with schools and school systems to support school improvement along a journey from Poor to Fair, Fair to Good and Good to Great. Has an experienced team of professionals who supports teams in the development of their programs. Develops programs to support schools delivery. The people they support are the school team, students, and parents effectively. Each school receives significant training, coaching, data monitoring and tools to enable them to develop into great teachers, deliver effective instruction to every child, and continually improve on the journey to becoming a great school. The Program Development and Implementation role has been specifically designed for the delivery of Every Child is Special program. The role plays to major functions being: Contributes psychology expertise and knowledge to the design of the curriculum under the guidance of the manager who has overall responsibility for the curriculum design, and Director of Innovation. This role takes all program design direction from Director of Innovation who is responsible for the overall design and delivery of the program of work. When working with the school follows the guidance of Director of Schools who is responsible for the school delivery of the program of work. This role works closely with the Clients to support the team in the design of the program including its framework, processes, and systems, tools and templates. The responsibilities include: Work closely with Client to understand the direction on the methodology, rules, principles, pedagogical approaches, designs, concepts, ideas and practices to be applied to the program. Build documentation - particularly training for the program school team. Regularly report to Clients on the progress of the students participating in the program and program delivery. Essential Criteria • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field educational program development, or a similar role within educational or organisational settings. • Relevant Qualifications: Degree in Education, or a related field. Advanced qualifications (e.g., Master’s degree) may be preferred. • Experience conducting research, designing curriculum or educational programs, and ensuring compliance with educational standards.
