Wedding Coordinator in Burbank (in-person, Labor Day 2025)
We're getting married over Labor Day weekend at a ranch near Burbank, and we're looking for a super organized, easygoing coordinator to help us pull off the weekend smoothly. This isn’t a full wedding planning job, we’ve already taken care of the big stuff like vendors and design. What we really need is someone to help make sure everything runs on time, vendors are where they need to be, and our guests are well taken care of. What we’d love your help with: - Day-of coordination for the wedding and weekend events - Managing vendor arrivals, setup, and breakdown (catering, rentals, restrooms) - Helping guests with parking (valet/self-park) and shuttle logistics - Assisting with check-in and needs for on-site glamping accommodations - Keeping the weekend flowing, making sure people and activities are in sync Some of the guests will be staying on-site in glamping tents and enjoying the ranch throughout the weekend. We’ll have a mix of casual hangouts and formal moments, so flexibility and a calm, capable vibe will go a long way. If you're someone who can roll with the dust (literally).
