Job Description: Are you a book launch strategist with a proven track record of taking authors to Amazon Bestseller status? We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Book Launch and Promotion Expert to help plan and execute a high-impact launch for our upcoming title. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive book launch and marketing strategy • Optimize Amazon listing (keywords, categories, description, A+ content if applicable) • Drive pre-orders and coordinate promotional campaigns across email, social media, and influencer channels • Strategize and execute Amazon Bestseller campaigns • Generate verified reviews through ethical and effective methods • Set up and manage promotional tools like BookBub, Goodreads, and newsletter swaps • Recommend and implement cost-effective advertising (e.g., AMS, Facebook ads) • Provide regular performance updates and adjust tactics for maximum reach and conversion Ideal Candidate: • Demonstrated success in launching books to Amazon Bestseller lists (please share examples) • Deep knowledge of KDP, Amazon algorithms, and marketing platforms • Strong network or access to promo sites, review teams, or influencer communities • Excellent communication and reporting skills • Able to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines Project Details: • Genre: Contemporary Romance • Book Length: 50,000 words • Target Launch Date: Re-lunch of existing books and monthly launch every 15th • Compensation: Open to fixed price or milestone-based proposals
